On the Ford Fund mobility challenge, student teams work together to research, develop and prototype an urban mobility solution concept to solve a mobility challenge of today. The challenge enables students to drive human progress in their communities.
Each application is scored and reviewed by a jury. Three applications will be selected to receive investment of £5,000, to support the initial stages of their product implementation, with the overall winning team receiving a further £7,500.
We want to hear proposals that help to provide sustainable urban solutions for future cities. The challenges cities face are well known: congestion, poor air quality, spatial constraints, and inconsistent access to essential services. We’re looking for solutions that will make cities more attractive and healthier places to live, work and play.
